Introduced in AW10, the Longshore pea-coat model grafts typical europsort motorcycle sleeve architecture onto a classic naval reefer silhouette. Past seasons have witnessed versions in black rubberized twill and re-cut army ponchos.
The AW11 Longshore has been refined further and executed in a thick bonded melton wool commissioned from legendary woolen mill, Fox Brothers & Co who have been creating worsted and woolen cloth since 1772.

Fox Brothers was the mill responsible for producing miles and miles of wool strip material used to wrap the lower legs of the legendary British Doughboy soldiers of the Great War. The mill has been in continuous operation from that day to this developing both rugged and refined wools for warriors, kings and hollywood stars. Our time going through the mill's archives to select this special two-ply bonded quality was an inspiring experience and the final garment should be one that will wear just as gracefully as its 1950's-60's era Navy issue predessessor.
