We offer free delivery to countries within the EU. For deliveries to the US, we charge a flat fee of €45 or free delivery for orders over €200.

How can I track my order online?
We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, with a link to track your order. Alternatively, you can also visit our Order Tracker and use your order number to track your order . If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact our Customer Service Team.
Products ordered from DENHAM.com can be returned within 30 days, so that your time! It is not possible to exchange items ordered online, but you can return the item in question and then place a new order.
Please fill in the return form enclosed with each delivery and send it back to us within 30 days; this helps us process your return as quickly as possible.
In order to begin processing your refund, all items must be returned unused, with all the tags attached and in the original packaging.

If you are returning an order from outside the European Union, we ask that you include three Commercial Invoices in your return. You can download them here. Please ensure you attach two of the documents to the box and give one to UPS. If you encounter any issues, please ask the UPS courier for assistance.

How long does it take to process a return and receive my refund?
We aim to process your return within 3 to 4 business days after arrival at our warehouse. You will receive your refund within 10 days of processing your return, using the same payment method used for the order.
Please note it may take a bit longer to receive a refund during our Sale period.
Why has my order been (partially) cancelled?
We may cancel part of your order once in a blue moon. This happens when we’re processing simultaneous orders on the same item(s), and an item runs out of stock. If this happens, you will receive a cancellation email from us. If you are missing an item from your order and did not receive an email, please contact our Customer Service Team for more information.
Can I change my order after it's been placed?
Unfortunately, once you've placed the order with us, you can't make any further changes to it.
How do I use a promotional code?
You can enter your promotional code in your 'Shopping bag' before heading to the 'Check Out' page. If your promotional code isn't working, it is possible that your code is invalid, was already used, or is not applicable on the product(s) in your cart.
Please note a promotional code is only valid on full-price items. For more information, please check the code's terms and conditions.
