We charge a standard fee of €3.95 for orders within the European Union and offer free delivery on all orders above €100.

For orders to the UK, we charge a €4.95 delivery fee.

For orders to the US, we charge a €45 delivery fee, and offer complimentary delivery for all orders above €230.

Tracking your Order Online

We will send you a Confirmation email once your order has been shipped, with a link to track your order. Alternatively, you can also visit our Order Tracker and use your order number to track your order . If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact our Customer Service Team.

Delayed Delivery

If you delivery is delayed and your estimated date date has passed without your order arriving, then please reach out to our Customer Service Team within 14 days. You can find the estimated delivery date in your Order Confirmation email. Please wait until this date for your order to arrive. Do we still ship to the UK following Brexit?

We are thrilled to announce that you will be able to place orders to the UK from June 14th.
We will cover additional charges such as import duties and taxes.

How much does it cost to ship to the UK?

We charge a flat fee of €4.95 for all UK deliveries.

Are there any delays concerning UK delivery?

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, due to the customs clearance now required following Brexit, your order may arrive a few days later than usual.

Can I return an order from the UK?

UK returns are possible within 14 days and will be free of charge. Please use the return label that came with your original order. If you have misplaced your return label, do reach out to our Customer Care Team for a new return label.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

We aim to process your return within 3 to 4 business days once our warehouse has received it. You should receive your refund using the same payment method used to make the original order within 14 days.

Products ordered from can be returned within 15 days, so that your time! It is not possible to exchange items ordered online, but you can return the item in question and then place a new order.

Please fill in the return form enclosed with each delivery and send it back to us within 15 days; this helps us process your return as quickly as possible.

In order to begin processing your refund, all items must be returned unused, with all the tags attached and in the original packaging.

If you are returning an order from outside the European Union, we ask that you include three Commercial Invoices in your return. You can download them here. Please ensure you attach two of the documents to the box and give one to UPS. If you encounter any issues, please ask the UPS courier for assistance.

How long does it take to process a return and receive my refund?

We aim to process your return within 3 to 4 business days after arrival at our warehouse. You will receive your refund within 10 days of processing your return, using the same payment method used for the order.

Why has my order been (partially) cancelled?

We may cancel part of your order once in a blue moon. This happens when we’re processing simultaneous orders on the same item(s), and an item runs out of stock. If this happens, you will receive a cancellation email from us. If you are missing an item from your order and did not receive an email, please contact our Customer Service Team for more information.

Can I change my order after it's been placed?

Unfortunately, once you've placed the order with us, you can't make any further changes to it.

How do I use a promotional code?

You can enter your promotional code in your 'Shopping bag' before heading to the 'Check Out' page. If your promotional code isn't working, it is possible that your code is invalid, was already used, or is not applicable on the product(s) in your cart.

Please note a promotional code is only valid on full-price items. For more information, please check the code's terms and conditions.

Discount codes cannot be applied on orders that have been placed and paid for already.
