What countries does DENHAM deliver to?

We currently ship to the following countries:

DENHAM is always looking to expand its customer base and may include more countries eligible for delivery in the near future.

What are the delivery costs?

DENHAM offers free delivery to countries within the EU - happy days! For orders to the US, we charge a flat rate of €45 and offer free shipping for orders over €200!

How can I track my order online?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation of shipping email which contains a link to track your order. Alternatively, you can also visit our order tracker and use your order number to track your shipment. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact our Customer Service team.

Can I exchange an item in my order online?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange any items online. But you can return your original order and then place a new order for your preferred size or colour within 30 calendar days.

How long do I have to return my order?

Under EU law you have the right to return your item to us within 14 days after delivery of the products. However, we have extended this period to 30 days for all DENHAM orders placed online, as we want to keep you, our customers, content.

Please let us know that you wish to return the products within 30 calendar days after the order has been delivered to you by filling in the return form and including it in your returm shipment.

How do I return my order?

We are sorry to hear that you don't want to keep your order! In order to begin processing your refund, we ask that you return your items unused, with all the tags attached and in the original packaging, to the following address:

Please fill in and include the return form in your return order.
If you are returning an order from outside the European Union, we ask that you print three Commercial Invoices to include in the return shipment. You can find them here. Please ensure you attach two of the documents to the box and give one to UPS. If you have any difficulties or issues, please ask the UPS courier for assistance.

How long does it take to process a return and receive my refund?

Once your return has been received by our warehouse, we aim to process it within 3 to 4 business days. We will handle your refund within 10 days of processing your return, using the same payment method you used to place your original order.
Some banks and payment providers may take up to 10 days, but in most cases, you are likely to receive your refund sooner than later.

Please note that the return processing time may take longer than usual during our SALE period.

Why has my order been (partially) cancelled?

We VERY rarely may have to cancel part of your order. This may happen when we're processing simultaneous requests on the same item(s), hence the cancelled order or item(s). You will receive, in addition to your shipment email, a cancelled item(s) email. If you do not receive the cancelled item(s) email but are missing an item, they may have been a technical error with sending out the email. In this case, we ask that you please contact our Customer Service team for more information on the situation.

Can I change my order after it's been placed?

Unfortunately, once you've placed the order with us, youe can't make any further changes to it.

How do I use a promotional code?

Lucky you! You can enter your promotional code in 'MY SHOPPING BAG' section or during the Check Out before finalizing your order. If your promotional code does not work, it's possible that your code is invalid, was already used, or is not applicable on the product(s) in your cart. For more information, please check the code's terms and conditions.
