We charge a standard fee of €3.95 for orders within the European Union and offer free delivery on all orders above €100.
For orders to the US, we charge a €45 delivery fee, and offer complimentary delivery for all orders above €230.

Due to reduced capacity & extra safety measures linked to COVID-19, delivery & returns processed by our carriers during promotions and sale periods are likely to be delayed by one to three days.

Delayed Delivery

If you delivery is delayed and your estimated date date has passed without your order arriving, then please reach out to our Customer Service Team within 14 days. You can find the estimated delivery date in your Order Confirmation email. Please wait until this date for your order to arrive. To track your delivery, check your order status, log into your DENHAM account.

 

You can use a different delivery address from your billing address. Go to the checkout and select 'different address' to enter a different delivery address.

In some cases, it is possible to change your delivery address after you've placed your order - it is dependant on your region and carrier. Please contact your carrier for the possibilities in your country.

You may be charged handling fees and/or taxes if your order passed through international customs. Customers are responsible for paying any additional costs, including but not limited to customs, duties, and taxes.
