We may cancel part of your order once in a blue moon. This happens when we’re processing simultaneous orders on the same item(s), and an item runs out of stock. If this happens, you will receive a cancellation email from us. If you are missing an item from your order and did not receive an email, please contact our Customer Service Team for more information.
If you would like to cancel your order after it has been placed you must do so before it has been shipped. Once you receive an email with the shipping & tracking information, the order has left our warehouse and cannot be recalled. To cancel your order please contact our Customer Service Team.
Changes to Order
Unfortunately once you've placed an order it is impossible to make any changes to it.
If you have received an incorrect item in your order, or you are missing an item then please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible. We will send you the correct item and provide you with return instructions and a pre-paid return label.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation shipping email with a link to track your order. Alternatively, you can follow your shipment via our order tracker. If you did not receive a shipping email, please contact our Customer Service Team.
Pre & Back Ordering
You can only pre-order items which are available for pre-ordering. Sign up for the DENHAM newsletter to receive updates on these types of promotions and more.
At the moment, it is not possible to back-order an item. However, if an item is not available in your size, it might be restocked within a few weeks.
