Returns accepted within 15 days
You can return unused items purchased online within 15 days. All original packaging, with pricing, labels, and hangtags, must be attached and intact. All item(s) must be returned in a box for protection. Returns which do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to you.
Please fill in the return form enclosed with each delivery and send it back to us within 15 calendar days; this helps us process your return as quickly as possible. If you have lost your return form, then please contact our Customer Service Team so we can provide you with a new one.
We only accepted returns for underwear if they are unopened, unused in their original packaging and state - with all the labels attached.
We do not accept returns for face masks due to health and safety reasons.

Returns made within the Netherlands and the United States are at your own expense. Returns outside those countries are free.
If you are returning a parcel from outside the European Union please print and attach three Commercial Invoices. You can find them here. Please attach two of the documents to the box and give one to UPS. If you encounter any issues, ask the UPS courier for assistance.
Any orders sent to any other address will not be accepted as a return.
Once your return has been received by our warehouse, we aim to process it within 3 to 4 business days. You will receive a return notification email once this has occurred. We strive to handle your refund within 10 days of processing your return. You will receive your refund using the same payment method used to make the original order within 10 days.
Due to reduced capacity & extra safety measures linked to COVID-19, delivery & returns processed by our carriers during promotions and sale periods are likely to be delayed by one to three days.
It is not possible to receive a partial refund if prices have changed during a sale period. If the item is still in stock online, you can return your item. If prices have changed for any other reason, please contact our Customer Service Team.
Returns made within the Netherlands and the US are at your own expense. We try to keep this amount as low as possible, but we are working to ensure our view on sustainability is reflected in all areas of our business, including delivery. Research indicates that free shipping increases order numbers, as well as the chance of the order being returned.
Returns outside of the Netherlands and the US are free.
Once you've placed an order with us, you can't make any further changes to it. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an online order. But you can return your original order and place a new order for your preferred size or colour.
