When will I get my refund?

We will refund you within 10 days after processing your return, using the same payment method you used to place your original order. Some banks might need the full 10 days, but in most cases you’ll have your refund sooner.

Please return your items and the return form to the following address:

Return costs are at your own expense.

If you are returning a parcel from outside the European Union please print three Commercial Invoices. You can find them here. Make sure you attach two of the documents to the box and give one to UPS. If you have any problems please ask the UPS courier for assistance.

All orders sent to any other address will not be accepted as return.

The price of an item I ordered has changed. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to receive a refund when prices have changed during a sale period. If the item is still in stock online, you can return your item. If prices have changed for any other reason, please contact our customer service team.

How many days to I have to return my order?

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. If you’d like to return an item(s) from your order.

Can I exchange a product?

Unfortunately that's not possible. But you can return your original order then place a new order for your preferred size or colour.

Can I ship my return to one of your stores?

Unfortunately it’s not possible to return your online purchase at one of our stores.

If for some reason you are not able to ship your return to us within 30 days of receipt, please contact us so we can find a solution.

Do I need to pay for my return?

Returns costs are at your own expense.

Will I get a confirmation of my return?

Once we have processed your return, you will receive a return notification. Please keep in mind it can take a couple of days before your parcel reaches our Warehouse and can be processed.

I lost my Return Form. What should I do?

Please contact our customer service team so we can provide you with a new one.
