Please review your entered information for any spaces and or capital letters. The search engine is very sensitive. This information you can also find in your Order Confirmation email and/or in your DENHAM account.

Print your return label
You will momentarily receive an email from UPS with a link to your return label. Print the label and glue or tape it to the box. Be sure to cover any previous delivery addresses or barcodes.
Please note when downloading your UPS label from the UPS website that your internet browser (Chrome/Firefox/Safari/Internet Explorer) allows "Pop-ups" for a specific site, in this case www.ups.com. You can enable this in your browser settings. Or click here to find out how to enable this for your browser.
Print the commercial invoices (for orders coming from outside the European Union)
If you are returning a parcel from outside the European Union please ensure the three Commercial Invoices are placed inside the parcel. You can find them here.
Prepare your parcel
Put the item(s) that you wish to return into the box. Fill out the return form (included with the original delivery) and place it inside the box with the item(s). Ensure that all original tags on the product are intact; we will not accept returned items that have already been worn or are missing tags. Tape the box shut.
Ship your return
You have two options to ship your return:
Bring your parcel to the nearest UPS drop-off point.
Schedule a pick up for a UPS courier to collect your return from your preferred address.
That’s it! Once your return parcel has reached our warehouse, we will process your refund immediately. Please note it may take up to one week for the refund to appear on your bank statement (depending on your original payment method).
